We value our customers, and know that sometimes you’ll need to exchange
or return an item. We make it simple to exchange or return an item in
person at one of our locations, or by UPS.
It’s Simple
1) Just call and we will email you a UPS label for exchanges or returns on FULL
PRICE items - Sale items are final sale. Simply complete the form and
return the item in the original packaging, if possible along with
original receipt.
2) Simply return the item to us via UPS with
the label to our Virginia Beach location. Returns are accepted
by mail; please note: shipping and handling charges for returns are
non-refundable. Place the merchandise and form in a secure package
and attach the pre-paid, pre-printed label to the outside of your
package. No additional postage is required – we will deduct $7 from the
amount of your refund when you use our label. Take the package to any
UPS store or Drop Box. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you
return your package for your account to be credited.

Fastest Exchange
For the fastest possible exchange, call us at 757-437-7256 and we'll
ship your new item the same or next day. We'll charge you for the new
item, and once we receive the exchange, we'll credit you for the
original purchase.
Note, we cannot accept items that have been
worn, washed or altered, or are more than 14 days from the purchase
date. The tag must still be attached. |
