Simple Returns & Exchanges

We value our customers, and know that sometimes you’ll need to exchange or return an item. We make it simple to exchange or return an item in person at one of our locations, or by UPS.

It’s Simple

Please Note: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE 1) Simply return your full price purchase to the address located on your sales receipt. Returns are accepted by mail; please note: shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable. Take the package to any UPS store or Drop Box. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

If you received a Gift With Purchase (GWP) with your order, please return pertinent GWPs back with your items. If you'd prefer to keep your GWPs, that's okay too! We will refund you for your items, with the cost of the pertinent GWP deducted.

Fastest Exchange

For the fastest possible exchange, call us at 757-437-7256 and we'll ship your new item the same or next day. We'll charge you for the new item, and once we receive the exchange, we'll credit you for the original purchase.

Note, we cannot accept items that have been worn, washed or altered, or are more than 14 days from the purchase date. The tag must still be attached.

Swimwear:  Note, under Virginia law, all swimwear sales are final and non-refundable.
