Simple Returns & Exchanges

We value our customers, and know that sometimes you’ll need to exchange or return an item. We make it simple to exchange or return an item in person at one of our locations, or by mail.

Simply return your full price purchase to the address located on your sales receipt. Returns are accepted by mail; please note: shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package to be credited.

Full priced merchandise can be returned within 7 days for a full refund, or with 21 days for a store credit or to exchange. Returns from online order must be postmarked back to us for return within 7 days of delivery to you for a full refund, or within 21 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Item must be unworn with tags attached.

Coinciding gifts with purchase must be returned with your item to receive a full refund.

All sale items are FINAL SALE. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
