Simple Returns & Exchanges

We value our customers, and know that sometimes you’ll need to exchange or return an item. We make it simple to exchange or return an item in person at one of our locations, or by mail.

Simply return your full price purchase to the address located on your sales receipt. Returns are accepted by mail; please note: shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package to be credited.

If you received a Gift With Purchase (GWP) with your order, please return pertinent GWPs back with your items. If you'd prefer to keep your GWPs, that's okay too! We will refund you for your items, with the cost of the pertinent GWP deducted.

Note, we cannot accept any items that have been worn, washed or altered, or are out of our returns policy timeframe. The tag must still be attached. To receive a refund via your original form of payment, please have your return package in the mail within 7 days of your original receipt of the package. Items that are received after 7 days and on/before 21 days are eligible for exchange or store credit. PLEASE NOTE, all sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged!
